Help with a phone and picture messages?

i have a sagem my501c on 02 network, and when I'm sent picture messages a notice comes up telling me that the message cannot be retrieved. is there any other way i could get the pictures? through a computer for example, or do i need to set something up?

It sound like you do not have internet access.  Without internet it has no way to download the picture.  Call your service provider
