Help with a poem I'm writing?

This is for english homework by the way.

I need something that describes 'dreams', this is the 4th paragraph:

I hate your guilt, your greed, your wants

Your stupid hair, the things you flaunt

Your deadened hope, your ___ dreams

(A line here I've yet written.....)

I was going to say crushed, but that doesn't fit in what I'm writing about (I need a word that is sort of meaing "impossible" or "hopeless" that has 2 syllables)

Oh and its a poem about hate.

  4. ...try "silly", "foolish", "low-brow", "empty", "hopeless" or "impossible"

  6. How about this:

    But the thing I hate the most that you do,

    You make me hate that I truly hate you.

    Or Replace that with this:

    But the thing I hate the most that you do,

    You make me hate how much I love you.
