Help with a quote please...?

Question

i have 2 quotes i need to pick from, its for a tattoo, i wanted something to do with family and these are the ones i want,

"Happiness is Family"

or

"Family forever"

which one do you think is the best? i want to eventually get it translated into latin so if anyone knows that too, its a big bonus! thanks in advance!

I think they are both okay but there are famous latin quotes that are easily recognizable that might also work. Here are a few suggestion. I hope these are helpful to you.

This is a good definition of family:

Veritas unitas caritas - Truth, Unity, Love.

Here are some others that might be appropriate.

dulcis domus - sweet home

Cor ad cor loquitur - Heart speaks to heart.

Est familia perpetua - May our family live forever.

Fide et Amore - By Faith and Love.

Hic si stas, hinc eris - Here you stay, here you belong.

Ubicumque Familias Felix -The family is always happy

I assume you know that an important person you need to please is yourself––thirty years from now

...not to mention yourself, fifty years from now.

I would spend the same money on a bracelet with the same message.

"Semper Familia" is "Family forever."

"Felicitas Familia Est"  is "Happiness is Family."  You could use 'Gaudium' rather than 'Felicitas' or reverse the words for happiness and family.  Latin doesn't care about word order, but verbs tend to be at the end.
