Help with a report pleasee?

i have to do a report on why kids need physical activity.. i need just a few ideas to get me started. some help would be great. just like a few ideas that i can talk about.

child obesity is at the highest rate its ever been and is considered to be a western epidemic by some scientists. physical activity can help decrease child obesity rates and teach healthier behaviors that can carry on into adulthood. there is a ton of info on child obesity online, even on wikipedia.
