uh..yeah. :)

need a bit of help

there this perverted teacher at our school,

he likes looking down girls shirts and hes like in his 30's or 40's

and we're all 6th graders,7th and 8th!

i've witnessed it before, and my own friend tried to get him fired

and she got suspended. they fired him and rehired him cuz they thought he "changed".

he got fired cuz 2 years ago (now about 3 since school is starting)

he told my friends big sisters friend if she wanted she could take off her jacket and even her shirt too. so they fired him..

so yeah thats the story and if we tell the office we'll get suspended or they WONT BELIEVE US and theres atleast 30+ girls in the school who believe it or i have my friends who are"victims" (( AKA girls whos shrits have been looked down ))

now, obviously hes some pervert or he's just crazy in the brain.. i know he aint mental or retarded in the head cuz i've seen and spoken to him before and hes completely normal.. :/ accept perverted

so help? :)

((p.s. sorry if i posted this in the wrong spot. first time asking a Q))

  1. talk to ur parents they can help if you talk to ur parents then ur parents will think that is wrong and will go and talk to the principle plus if this happens a lot then i think he can get arrested though i am not sure

  2. I guess suggesting that you take his interest as a compliment won't fly too well with your group. You could try wearing turtlenecks or at least avoid the sort of blouses that make it easy for him to peer down.

The petition idea has merit, especially if you get a lot of signatures. However, if this man is otherwise good as a teacher, you might want to give him a photocopy of the petition with the warning that it will be submitted to the principal, school board, and the media if he does not mend his ways. Your suspension is unlikely, now that he has a "record".

  3. Well, you tried going to the school and that didn't work. So don't waste time on that avenue again. All of you need to go to your parents. If it's a lot of you and the parents talk to each other than they will take it seriously.

Alternatively, a bunch of you could make anonymous reports to Child Protective Services for molestation.

This is a good national hotline, open 24 hours, to call for advice on stuff like this: 1-800-448-3000

You should consider posting this in the parenting: school age section for direct advice from moms, dads, and other students

There's also 1-800-4-A-CHILD (National Child Abuse Hotline)

  4. It's obvious that the school is covering up by what you tell us, so collectively why don't all the girls that have been perv-ed on, front up at the the Principles office and lay a complaint?

  5. Start a petition, with each of you signing and what you have seen him do.

they probably won't suspend 30+ girls.

If that doesn't work, then it is time to bring in the parents.

  6. ive had teachers like that before. best to ignore them. believe me all they want is a reply. im in 7th grade and the school has one! he seems all nice but my friends keep saying hes preverted. anyways just ignore him. oh and if people dont believe you or anyone else thats their problem. dont worry one of these days he will be causht believe me!!! everything will be fine you just need to handle things right. (not saying you arent) well thats what advice ive got i think it should help. A LOT!!!!!!!!!

  7. You could have one of you friends with hide somewhere with a camera and catch him in the act or as another person suggested, start a petition. I think that person's idea is best, and don't forget to list the reasons why he should be fired. You could write a persuasive letter to the principal and the board of education, if he's gotten in trouble before then he should not be allowed to work with children and teens.

  8. what kind of school district is that?  that is strange for you to have so many victims and nobody will do anything.  have your parents gone down there to investigate this situation?  if enough parent go at the same time and demand answers i am sure they will get some results.
