Most people come up with a name for a KENNEL, not a business.  Maybe look into showing, quality stock and a mentor.  

Breeding for money is NOT the right reason to breed.  Are you willing to make a lifetime commitment to all dogs produced and to rescuing?  If not, get a real job.  Mass producing puppies wont pay the bills.

Let me tell you WHY I breed shelties.  I breed to improve upon the quality of the breed I am dedicated to

preserving. I do not want my breed to become a bunch of ratty-coated,

schitzo, prick-eared, health-impaired, bug eyed idiots who wouldn't know a

sheep from a shawl. I want to maintain the healthy vitality, look,

personality, essence and soul of what makes my breed so special to me. I

ALSO rescue the poorly-bred messes people make of my breed, which only

strengthens my resolve to create only the finest dogs so people who want

pets can enjoy healthy, well-balanced dogs that can live and play and love

as family members for th longest time possible. And it costs me out the

@$$!!! If I had what I've spent on dogs, educational seminars, rescue, and

testing, I'd not be wearing Fruit of the Loom t-shirts and eating Ooodles of

Noodles with such great regularity.

If these aren't teh reasons YOU want to breed shelties, call your "business" Shelter Sheltie Supplier, because that is where many of your ill bred shelties will end up.

Not really an answer, but good luck! ^_^ My family has always had shelties, and I live in Indiana. Sadly my aunt's sheltie, Shelby, just passed away. Now my grandma and aunt have brothers, Derik and Erik. So, yeah, just wanted to say good luck. I guess you could do something with aliteration. That's always cute.
