Help with a web cam?

hello i got a web cam and when i use it the other person see's me in frames like tracers i am wanting to know what type of quilitys or features do i need in a web cam so that the other person sees me normal and not in frames when i turn my head fast ? thx

when in yahoo messenger simply click on webcam then when it opens there will be options you can play around with it...adjust the quality, frames per second, etc...
