  1. keep busy and try to exercise 4 times a week

  2. eat seven pieces of fruit a day. apples, bananas, oranges etc. simple as that.

  3. There's two ways you could go and I think either way will work for you.  First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.  That means understand the food pyramid, the food groups, the recommended servings, etc.  (You can find all that info. on the web page below.)  Pay special attention to the recommended servings sizes as that will help you know when to stop eating if you're not feeling full.  That is how you should eat for life!  If you eat that way and have 3 small, healthy meals a day and 2 small, healthy snacks, you will lose weight.  Each meal should be less than 400 calories and each snack should be about 100-150 calories.  Eating highly nutritious foods is the key, so think in terms of lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy, and heart-healthy oils.

The second option is to do a short-term "drastic diet" that is designed to last for 2 weeks max.  This would take off the most weight rapidly.  There are several on the site under "Diet Plans" but my favorite is the 5-4-3-2-1 diet.  You get to pick what you eat, but you're going to want to pick highly nutritious foods to keep your metabolism working efficiently.  Again, the "eat healthy" page below can help you determine what highly nutritious foods are, if you need help with that.  If you go on the short-term diet, then once it's over, follow the guidelines on the "eat healthy" page.

If you're hungry all the time it's because you either aren't eating enough or you're eating the wrong foods.  Why don't you try keeping a food log for a week or so so that you can analyze your current diet.

If you're trying to lose weight, the very least number of calories you should be eating are 1200 and even that's considered low.  So, check to see how many calories you're currently eating.

In addition to eating enough food, eating the right foods are just as important!  Foods high in protein and fiber fill you up and keep you full the longest.  So check your diet to see if you're getting enough of these nutrients.

Make water your main source of hydration and save the sweet drinks (even diet) for special occasions.  Eliminate as much salt and sugar from your diet as you can over the next three months.

The biggest component to fast weight loss is going to be your workout.  You will want to make sure you do a good cardio workout every day for weight loss (3 times a week is sufficient to maintain health).  To make sure that you're burning fat, you need to be sweating and huffing and puffing.  In addition, do some good stretches and some strength training.

You'll find some really good information on the website, including about five pages of weight loss tips, printable weight loss journal pages, printable exercise log sheets, motivational ideas, healthy recipes, etc.

    Good luck!

  4. to lose body fat you need to concentrate on doing cario exercise while trying to limit the amount of food/the types of food that you are taking in

  5. to lose body fat you need to concentrate on doing cario exercise while trying to limit the amount of food/the types of food that you are taking in

  6. Your body only need a certain amount of calories in a day, even if you always feel hungry.  Start a food diary and add in all of the calories that you are taking in.  Try to have about 1200-1400 calories in one day.  Stick to whole grain food, lean meats, fruits and veggies.  Actually if you really want to lose weight you should try a month of eating only vegan products.  I go vegan once a month a year and I can really tell a difference.  Eat a lot of whole grains, beans, veggies, fruits, soy products, and nuts.  Have a boca burger(freezer section) with a slice of soy cheese, tomato, lettuce and a bun and a side of steamed carrots.  Or have a pita with hummus.  Eat oatmeal for breakfast topped with strawberries and a glass of juice.  For a snack have a handful of almonds or walnuts.  Since you eat things that are basically very low in calories it will be hard to overeat.  Also stay away from soda, anything carbonated.

Also you will want to exercise about 45 minutes a day.  Do both cardio and weights, alternate the days.  You will want to rest one or two days a week.  Stick to a routine and you should see results.
