I want to tighten my butt, thighs and stomach, but am not sure exactly how to do so, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! If it helps in any way, i am 14, 123 pounds, and 5 foot 9. I am at a healthy weight, but i want a more toned look in these three areas. Any sports that will also help me?

  1. Cycling, walking uphill are ways to mix cardio in with toning. Remember to start off easy if you are not used to working out. Then lunges and squats, running the stairs, are the best ways to tone legs and butt. Remember you need a day off in between resistance exercises-lunges, and squats. If you are sore dont work those muscles they need rest. If you are sore you have to do some sort of cardio, swimming, or walking if you dont move they will only get more stiff.

  2. running/soccer helped me. I know this may sound boring but running stairs works all of your legs and your stomach cause it forces you to control your balance. Inline skating is also a great ab workout!

  3. Any sport that keeps you active would be helpful. We used to do lunges in basketball. That should help with the first two.
