Question:

Help with ab muscle tightness?

by  |  earlier

When I do a back arch over a Swedish ball I can feel a strand of tightness right down the center of my abs.

It's feels like it's the diameter of a coat hanger wire.

Any idea what it is? Better yet, how do I get it to release?

Thanks.

You may have weak TVA muscles.

Training the TVA is not so hard. Just blow all of your air out and suck your stomach in and hold it for 15-30 seconds. You can do this throughout the day by simply sucking your stomach in. That may seem rather simple, but it works for creating a slimmer waist line.
