Help with accounting to calculate stocks..?

Calculate the amount of annual $ preferred stock dividents under each situations:

1. 5000 shares of a $80 par value, 7% preferred stock

2.2000 shares of a $50 par value,$4 preferred stock.

Please help me to understand this.

Would need to know the current price of trhe stock before I could calculate the dividends. Par value is just the IPO price of the stock.
