  1. Go to the doctors! I have had acne problems and they give you stuff free of charge! They have different products to try so if something doesn't work they have other stuff! Also make sure you thoroughly wash your face with soap, moisturise and although this sounds weird put toothpaste (a nice big dollop lol) on the worst spots overnight!

  2. The thing with acne is it is hard to get rid of, especially if you don't have a consistent approach.

If you don't have a regular schedule of using acne clearing products then you are more likely to breakout. Try washing your face every morning with Neutrogena's oil free acne wash and later throughout the day wash it again, and then again at night before you go to bed. If your skin starts to get dry Neutrogena has an oil free moisturizer you can use.

Another factor in causing pimples if you DO already have a regular washing schedule is touching your face. Remember there is bacteria everywhere and sometimes you may touch things and then touch your face or if you're in school you might hold your head with your hand while your teacher is talking. All this clogs your pores and causes pimples.

Also you might wanna try a topical medication which comes in the form of a lotion that you can put at night and leave it on until you wash your face in the morning. You just have to look through the Neutrogena products when you go to the store.

I think if you keep doing this and try cutting down on fats (chocolate, peanut butter, oil, etc.) then you will definitely see significant improvement in your skin's condition.

If your acne is really bad to moderate you may want to see a dermatologist to help you with stronger medication.

Oh and one more thing, (In know this is really long already but) try to relax, breathe in and hold it while you count to 5 and let it out, do this for about a minute. Also try not to sweat the small stuff, stress also causes you to break out.
