Is like have 2 point and want to draw the line between them:

(x1,y1)=(1991,70.5)

(x2,y2)=(1997,73.9)

(y-y2)/(y1-y2)=(x-x2)/(x1-x2)

(y-73.9)(70.5-73.9)=(x-1997)(1991-1997...

(y-73.9)/(-3.4)=(x-1997)/(-6)

6(y-73.9)=3.4(x-1997)

y-73.9=0.57(x-1997)

y-73.9=0.57x-1138.29

y=0.57x-1138.29+73.9

y=0.57x-1064.39

=> E(t)=0.57t-1064.39
