Question:

Help with aligning car wheels!!!?

I have a 73 Plymouth Duster. The camber and toe was really off on the front. I know what to adjust but don't fully understand the camber (Toe makes full sense). At first, the top of the front tires were sticking way out, so I messed around a little and the top of the tires are sticking only a little bit out. I think this should be right, But now the car sits a whole lot lower than before, and when I turn to the right, the tire scrapes the fender =(. The tires are aftermarket, (15in) so that makes a little difference.

So my main question is, how can i get the tire camber correct, but also have a way to make the car front of the car sit higher or possibly move the front tires forward an inch or two. And I wouldn't be too happy about having to replaced the shocks... so only tell me that if you think that's the only way.
