Help with an 11 month old chihuahua?

My dog is in heat, and has had fever since yesterday. She hasn't been herself lately. I took her a cold bath yesterday to see if she cools down and gave her some ice cubes to chew on. Also my dog bows down to me with her tail like in a weird way I want to say sideways but it isn't wagging. :/ I am very concerned I am trying to book a date to take her to the vet problally today I will be taking her. She also doesn't want to drink water. "/ Ice cubes kind of help a couple licks then it stays there. What can this mean? I am worried.

Your dog sounds sick, I am glad you are taking her to the vet. However, stop the cold baths and ice cubes. If she is running a feverloweringit  that quickly can be a shock to her system. Make sure she is dry and warm. Don't give her anything to eat or drink. Take her to the vet right away and let them handle her treatment from there. I have a chi too, I hope yours feels better soon.

Stop the cold baths, she can go into shock. Chihuahuas are very fragile.She needs to see the vet ASAP

Sounds like she is in heat, when you take her to the vet also get her spayed.
