Help with an 98 Eclipse. It turns over but wont crank up... Help!?

Question

We put a new coil pack, all the fuses are good, cant get no fire from plug wires. The battery is good. The car cut off last night. It's a 98 eclipse 2.0 L DOHC.

My first thought would be either the wires are bad, or more likely, the coil packs are not "being told to fire".
