Help with an aftermarket CD player

Question

I hooked it all up and everything works except when i try to play a CD it shows that its playing but i cant hear any sound? can anyone help me Fix the problem thanks! The radio works fine

Try checking the CD player's connections to the speakers is all i can think of.

Disconnect whatever wire is attached to the BLUE wire behind your head unit, and connect it instead to the BLUE/WHITE wire.  This should solve your problem.

If the radio is playing sound ok, it seems to be a problem with either the headunit itself or the cd you are using. I assume, however, that you have tried to play more than one cd, and checked to make sure that the cd actually works elsewhere. You could check to see if your particular unit has special settings for the cd volume, that may be set too low.
