Help with an excercise plan?

I want to loose weight i am 5"1 185 pounds, about 50 lb. i gained weight only in my midsection and i look like i am pregnant even though i am not, what would be a good exercise for me? I have a gym membership but the physical trainers are really hard to get a hold of. Also i would like to keep my breast size as is, so main focus is stomach region

  1. Hate to say this but if you want that stomach fat gone your going to end up losing everything else as well. Fat is all over your body not just in one area. You want to reduce fat in your stomach? You gotta reduce iteverywhere else as well.


  2. Leg Lifts,  Lay flat on your back, with your hands flat at your side or under your buttocks.  Raise you feet and legs off the floor about 12 to 18" ,  then open your legs about 18", bring them back together and then back to the floor.  Do 8 and do them slow.  that is one set..  Start out with one set 3 times a day for a week.  Then do 2 sets and so on adding each week..

    Also eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular meals.

    Walk continuously for 30 minutes a day every day..  Do not stop to talk to people or to greet the neighborhood dogs.  and drink at least a gallon of HARD water a day.

  3. You can try following things.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

    Try it for 7 days You will see the difference.
