Help with babysitting~~!!! Please help!

Question

I'm going to babysit my cousin (girl) who is eight, and i don't have any idea of what to do with her. do you have any idea? and also, what is a reasonable amount per hour to be paid?? thanks!

i always tell ppl 2 pay me what they think is fair as long as i no they wont scame me, cuz usually theyll pay u more than ud ask 4. i also play a lot of board games and just tlk 2 them.

i've never babysat for money, so i don't know what's reasonable pay..  but as for dealing with your cousin just talk to her, play board and card games, fix her a few snacks (watch out for too much sugar, cuz she''ll drive u crazy) and watch her favorite tv show with her.

also if she wants to play with dolls or on the computer let her just be next to her and don't let her stay on the computer/tv for too long.

hmm... i guess the hardest part is making her go to bed if ur going to be babysitting for long .. if that's the case just play a video she likes till she gets sleepy (i'm not sure if it'll work on an 8 year old.. but it sure works on my bro when he watches teletubbies :) )
