Help with back pain and other health issues?

Hello,

Most my life I have had health problems from 'tennis elbow',arthritis in my hands,chronic fatigue,TMJ,servere upper back pain (because of a spine injury in an accident),bad headaches,chronic bladder infections,and so on.Overall I do not let anything stop me or get me down.Lately though I have been having severe lower back pain and now it is including my sides in the front also.I am almost in tears all the time.No one understands.I have no insurance,looked every where for a job,and the state won't help me (last resort) out because I have no kids.I am also now sometimes having two periods in a month.I hate to get so personal but I could use some advise.I have to way to even make payments at a doctor.What could the back pain be?Thank you so very much.

There must be a clinic or a provider for people in your position.  It would be hard to diagnose your condition.  You need to be examined.  Please do some research and find some medical help.
