Help with blackberry trackball!?

okay well i didn't even do anything to my blackberry pearl and all of a sudden i can't click anything. Nothing is working and my menu button isn't working either i'm thinking its cause i'm using it to much. is there anyway to help it so that it will start working again? thanks

something is stuck under the trackball. turn the phone off, then push the trackball in firmly and move it around. you should be able to get it out and will click again. if not, there's a way guide here,
