Help with boy names!!!?

Question

I'm due in 2 weeks with my 2nd son. I can't decide on a name. my husband is no help and is leaving it up to me. i've narrowed it down to 2 that i really like which are Maveric and Lincoln. please let me know which one you like better and i'm open to other suggestions....i like different and unique names.....help!!! thanks

I don't care for either, but if I had to choose, then definitely Lincoln.

Maveric sounds too similar to the Dallas Mavericks.

I personally wouldn't want everyone to think "NBA" when they thought of my son, but that's just me.

Maverick dont forget the K is ok but not a name i would choose.

Lincoln ,well i think of a car,a penny,lincoln logs ,the toys and the president.i do not like it for a boys first name.

Please, not Maveric!!! Reminds me of the film Top Gun. Lincoln is the better of the two but I'd go for something that the kid can live with. otherwise its up to you of course and you like the name so go for it.

You cannot in good conscience name a baby Maveric!

Lincoln is the only choice between those 2 names. I think I would look at others before choosing it though.

I like president names and think they are cool, Lincoln, Reagan, Clinton, Bram Short form of Lincoln's first name), Carter...George!  Can't think of any others sorry I am Canadian, but they are good names...by the way my fave is Reagan or Regan, I want to name my son that or Bram..And that is just by chance and I am more conservative than liberal!
