Help with building a resume for a high school student with no work experience?

Be upfront about your experience for the job, but make sure they know you are very willing to work hard to learn the job.  The other thing they like to hear about is any volunteer work you might have done, and anything you have joined at school, such as school council or the debate team.  Anything to show you don't just sit at home.  You get involved.
