Help with bumping my calories up please?

ive been eating 700-1000 calories a day for 5 weeks and i want to bump my calorie intake up to 1200 just to be healthier but ive heard that if you do that you will gain all the weight that you got off right back on so is there anything i can do so that wont happen cause i really dont want to gain all that weight back on

  1. This is going to be a little difficult, but I'm sure you can do it.

    Eat a little bit more in your breakfast.  Maybe a small bowl of oatmeal.

    Increase your calorie intake a max of a 100 calories a week.  If you do over 200, you may put on a pound or two.

    Another thing you can do is just eat about 5 smaller portions a day, that way your metabolism will increase slightly.

    1200 calories is still a little low, try to get up to 1500 SLOWLY.

    Remember no more than 100 calories extra a week.  Healthy foods.
