I am finding a house for 10 people. Me, my husband, and my 8 kids. We are living in a 5 bedroom house right now and I want to find a house with 9 rooms that are already or can be turned into bedrooms (basements, offices, etc.) money is not an issue. I live in highland park Illinois (u.s.) zip- 60035 and i want the house to be in that area. I have been looking BUT CAN'T FIND ANYTHING! I am living in a 3,000 sq. foot house and feel like I am going to explode.

  1. Contact a realtor to help you.  For the buyer, there are no fees associated with using a realtor and they have access to every single thing on the market.  They also have some pretty cool tools for narrowing your search to exactly what you are looking for.

It will be worth your time to sit down and talk with a realtor and tell them what you need, what you want, and what you are willing to settle for.  Let them take it over from there and do the hard work.  All you have to do is sit back and review the choices, look at a few houses, and make your decision.  If you don't use a realtor, you are likely to miss something good.

  2. So what's your question? The "help" that exists for this is a buyer's agent. If you don't want to work with one, there's no advice to offer you.

  3. 1. go bak & liv with mom

    2. get rid av sum av the kids.

If need be, at a bording skuel in sum other state.
