Help with buying a man gift?

i need some help with thinking of an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. we've had a really tough year and i want to show him how much he means to me. hes 23 and a builder from the uk if that helps??? And it has to reasonably priced cos we aren't rolling in it!! hes not really into any kind of sports or anything like that. he quite likes bikes and cars but not to a huge extent. I'm lost for ideas. also, we have 2 kids so cant zoom off on a romantic weekend or something like that. Pleeeease help, I'm so stuck!!!

    or else if you have kids maybe just some time alone would be a gift enough...get your mum to have the kids, make a nice 3 course meal of his fave foods served by candle light, run him a bath and share it, dress up and do it in his fave position, give him a massage...quality time will be the bigest gift you can give him.

    Framed photo of you and the children for his desk?

    Tickets to a concert, play, movie, or sporting event you know he would enjoy?

    A watch?  Or another piece of jewelry?

    Can you do something as a family?  Bake him a cake?  Have a picnic?  Take everyone bowling?  

    Surprise him with a huge "Happy Anniversary" sign or poster.  The kids can help you make it.

  6. Why dont you go to a concert together something local and a band/group you both want to see.

    Not that Romatic but it will be memorable occasion thats if you dont do that sort of thing all the time, Would be a great night out.
