  1. All you have to do is port your gamertag over when you get your new xbox.  When you go to log in to xbox live you will have the option of logging in with your ID.  I do it all the time because my husband and I each have our own xbox, so when we want to play together on the same machine one of us has to log in the long way.

  2. It's actually quite easy! When you sign into your xBox Live account, just make sure you're using the same information that you were using on your Uncle's system. Just remember that you guys wouldn't be able to be logged in at the same time. When you turn the 360 on and log in to Live, make sure you change your gamertag to reflect that of who you play as online and then sign in. I'm only a few points for going prestige for the last time!
