Help with camera? Not turning on...?

It's a JVC GR-D200U model, and may have slight sand damage. It won't turn on, and I have charged it for a little over 2 hours. Help me, Yahoo Answerers, you're my only hope!

  1. maybe the battery is broken.  If not email JVC or something
