Help with camera card??

Question

Hi, on my old computer when I put my camera card in, the pictures came right up, and i could choose which to save. But with this new computer (and stupid vista operating system)...i put the card in and i can't find the pictures...and suggestions on where I can go to find them? They are nowhere in my pictures. Is there a certain "drive" to go to? HELP PLEASE AND THANKS!

Oh it's a kodak SD 512 card

You need to learn how to use your file manager to avoid this in the future. Just click on your "My Computer" icon and then double click on your card reader.

The "auto-run" mode is turned off on your computer .. it is one of the many security security features on Vista.  You can turn it on and you will see your card.
