That actually is quite a bit. I have some Chinese friends, and have learned a lot about that over the course of our frienship.

currency: yuan (also known as renminbi)

language Chinese (Mandarin is the standard)

Beijing is the capital

There are 5 main Chinese styles of cooking, so there really is not one "all china" food....rice, noodles, dumplings...done in many different ways.

i know that the famous movie star Jackie Chan was born in China. also the capital of china is Beijing and that a famous landmark is the great wall of china. and last thing is that the food is like Chou mien and stuff you will find in a Chinese take-away
