Help with club brand and sizing?

i am 5' 3", my wrists are 27" off the ground. what clubs should i buy, if i'm on a budget? from where? a website would be good too.

one h**l of a question Bob... to be honest i would say see your club professional. all you have to remember is that the most expensive set of clubs are not necessarily the best, nor are the cheapest the worst.. its what feels right in YOUR hands.

Clubs can be tailored to your height, how about trying a discount golf store?
