i am adult and want to do a home study course can i get help with fees like grants, study now pay later

i am on low income

In Scotland, you could get an ILA account to help.  Otherwise, if it's something like the OU, check the website and contact their finance people.  Often people in receipt of certain benefits can get money off their fees.  You can often pay in installments too. Depends on the provider.  You just need to ask them what assistance they provide.
