i have some issues with my confidence and this applies to almost everything that i do: girls, hockey, bmx, and running. I cant seem to keep a positive mind set about the way i do things. It's come to the point where once i make a mistake i get frustrated and dwell on how bad I'm doing that i don't focus on what's happening next and I start to go into a death spin of sorts. what can i do to keep my confidence up?
