  1. I usually clean my hands good first, then slide them to the outer corner of my eye.

After a certain point, they have no where else to go so they will either bubble up or fold out. That's when i grab them.

Just go easy.. you can easly rip them that way as well.

    GL!!

  2. Hold your eyes open with one hand and pinch the lens between two fingers of the other hand.  It gets easier, I promise.

  4. first, wash your hands. next, use your index or middle finger to pull up your eyelid. then, with your other hand use your middle finger to pull below your eye down. after that, use your index finger and thumb to slightly pinch the contact so it will come out. don't be afraid to touch your eye besides, you're not really touching your eye you're touching your contact. finally, put the contacts in solution. hope this helped! :)

  5. Do you use eyedrops? because your eyes can get dried out from having them in for awhile. Also, are you keeping them in for more than 8 hours a day? because that can contribute to the difficulty of removing them. If you aren't able to move the contact with your finger your eyes are to dry. After moistening them you should be able to get them out easily. Eyedrops are available at any drugstore like walgreens for a reasonable price, get the rewetting drops.

  6. slide them (to right if right eye & left if left eye) & pinch them off....

  7. i wear contacts, so i can help u here! remember, practise makes perfect. make absolutely sure ur contact is NOT inside out. ur optician will show u how to do dis. wen taking dem out, LOOK UP. place ur finger on ur pupil (where the contact is) and gently drag it down (still looking up). look strate ahead into a mirror and u shud see the lens, probly a bit wrinkled. drag or pull it off ur eye. ALWAYS make sure ur hands are clean

hope dis helps and good luck xox

  8. Hey and sorry you are having problems taking your contacts out. It does get easier to longer you wear them. I have been wearing mine since for about 10 years now.

What I do is take my eye lids and kind of push them together while pushing them against my eyeballs.  It takes a few trys but they come out pretty fast, just becareful because they can pop out and fall onto the floor or in the sink.

    Hope this helps!

  9. pinch them off the eye with your index finger and thumb. If they are too sticky, they may not be the correct shape or size for your eye.

    Wash your hands
