Help with converting files?

I need to convert a video [wmv] from my computer to a 3g2 on my phone.

I've done it before on zamzar and other online file converters, and it worked.

But this time I need to convert a video that is more than 600 MB.

Zamzar and other ones only convert videos up to 100 MB.

Where can I find/get a file converter that uploads up to 600 or more MB.

I am afriad you need to pay for a video converter to convert videos to iPhone.
