Help with cramps!!!?

I took a hot bath but that didn't work. I can't swallow pills so what else can I do to make them go away? Thanks! =]

You can try putting a heating pad there. Brands like icy hot make those 8 hour pain relief heating pads that you can wrap around your waste. They work pretty good for me because I get cramps real bad.

i take midol for cramps...it works very effectively for me. it is a pill but its small and easy to swallow.
