Help with daughter who is always needing to pee during her softball games

Question

my 4 year old daughter kimora is on a t-ball team. and since its so hot outside she is needing to drink alot and her coach wants all the kids bringing 2 bottles of water. we halfway through the game im always catching her standing in the outfield holding herself and jumping up and down and bending to the ground putting her hands between her legs. then she ends up pulling down her shorts and peeing right there in the middle of the game!!! i dont know what to do. she does this at least every other two games. please help me
