Help with dessert ideas

I'm going to a friend's house for dinner tomorrow and I'm supposed to be making the dessert. So far I've come up with mini cream puffs with strawberries and chocolate ganache. Does that sound good or do you all have any good ideas for delicious unique desserts??

    Chocolate Passion Bowl

    Prep Time: 20 min

    Total Time: 1 hr 20 min

    Makes: 16 servings, about 2/3 cup each



    3 cups cold milk

    2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

    1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP French Vanilla Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

    1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cooled, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 5-1/2 cups)

    1 pt. (2 cups) raspberries

    BEAT milk and dry pudding mixes in large bowl with wire whisk 2 min. or until blended. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.

    PLACE half of the brownies in 2-qt. serving bowl; top with layers of half each of the pudding mixture, remaining whipped topping and raspberries. Repeat all layers.

    REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

    Chocolate Mallow Squares

    Prep Time: 25 min

    Total Time: 3 hr 25 min

    Makes: 16 servings, 1 square each

    2-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows, divided

    1/4 cup milk

    40 NILLA Wafers, divided

    1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted

    1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

    2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

    MICROWAVE 2 cups of the marshmallows and the milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until mixture is well blended. Refrigerate 15 min. or until completely cooled.

    MEANWHILE, reserve 8 of the wafers for later use. Finely crush remaining 32 wafers; mix with the butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square pan; set aside. Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir with wire whisk until completely melted. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping; spread over crust. Gently stir remaining 1 cup whipped topping into the cooled marshmallow mixture; spread over chocolate layer in crust.

    REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm. Cut remaining 8 wafers in half. Add to top of dessert along with the remaining 1/2 cup marshmallows just before serving. Cut into 16 squares. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

    Striped Delight

    35    OREO Cookies

    6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter, melted

    1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

    1/4 cup sugar

    2 Tbsp. cold milk

    1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

    3-1/4 cups cold milk

    2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

    PLACE cookies in food processor; cover. Process to form fine crumbs. Transfer to medium bowl. Add butter; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. Refrigerate 10 min. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and 2 Tbsp. milk in separate bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in 1-1/4 cups of the whipped topping. Spread over crust.

    POUR 3-1/4 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.

    REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
