I belive that I may be addicted to diet coke (not really, but i drink way to much!) . i drink at least 2 or 3 cans of diet coke a day. i always crave it and it is my favorite. however, i've done research and it doesn't seem to be very good for you or have any benefits. i'm no health freak, but i need to kick the diet coke habit. what are some ideas of what i can drink in place of diet coke to help?
