Help with discussion question for class about Argentina.?

Question

Hi! Im studying Argentina right now and would love some input on some discussion questions from others. The question is " What do you think has prevented Argentina from gaining a larger presence in the global marketplace?"

I did a study on the Argentinian Gross National Product (GNP), and came up with the following links that shed light on their economy, but having the rght backers can play a huge part also.  Technically, they haven't done bad for themselves, but there is always room for improvement.  They certainly have the natural resources.
