  1. you are probably dropping your left hip(if you are a righty) or right hip(if you are a lefty) at the take off. that makes you fall out, on your hip. when you take off stay over your right side(rightys) or left side(leftys).

  2. Try starting at a faster speed and i think that you are not keeping your legs even with your bodys that is why you keep falling on your hip

    Good luck and god bless

  3. Try doing really really high loop jumps ten times in a row without stopping. Then, try a loop jump and backspin. After, try two loop jumps in a row, standing still. Lastly, try to do a loop jump, then another one 'in the air'. It's a trick so you can get more rotations and not think about it too much. Just remember to squeeze your ankles and thighs tight and try to do a back spin in the air.

  4. it means your body is going further than your legs and your legs are getting wrapped up behind you. thats why when you fall, you constantly fling yourself on your hip because you cant control it.

i had the same problem with the double lutz.

just make sure your leg is coming around as well as your body. and dont squeeze it in so it doesnt wrap around your other leg.

  5. try doing it right!

  6. from my expirience of skating for 3 years i found that starting at a faster speed got more loop in to it and made it right for me try not to be slow and start fast and from a shorter point it worked for me!!!!
