Help with downloading ringtones?

I just got a Samsung SGH-A117 phone and I would like to know how to get the songs onto my phone from myxertones.com. Do I have to have internet on my phone or can I do it through text only?

and you can choose how to get u ringtone to u phone

OK, I have a sgh-a117. The only types of tones you can put on your phone are the crappy polyphonic tones. that's why i'm getting a new one soon.
