  1. no

  2. Have you emailed the seller yet to check when it was dispatched? It may well still be in the post somewhere, and in the UK, the postal service say to allow 14 days for delivery.

If the seller has not responded to your emails, then after 7 days you can start an Item Not Received dispute - Sellers who use paypal have to dispatch the item within 7 days to comply with paypal's conditions.

Use this link to start a dispute, but always try to contact the seller first - http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...

  3. No- a week is not that long a wait for eBay products. Sometimes, sellers may ship the item out the day after payment. Other sellers may not ship the item for 2-3 days, and once they have, the postal service may take up to 9 days to get it to you, depending on what service you paid for. If you bought Priority, you should have gotten the item by now, and if you haven't received the item in 2-3 days, then file a claim. If you paid for Media mail, then you may not receive the item for 3-4 more days, because it takes up to 9 days to ship.

I would say to contact the seller before taking action, and if they don't respond in two days, or if you haven't received the item in four days, then file a claim. Remember that Paypal Buyer Protection lasts at least until 45 days after the auction has ended, so you could wait twenty days and still be able to get a refund if the seller scammed you.

Also make sure to check if the item was shipped from overseas; if so, then it normally will take 2-4 weeks for you to receive the item you bought.

  4. The first thing to do is try to contact the ebay store and see if they shipped it yet.  If so then see if they have a tracking number that they can give you.  If none of this works then on ebay under "my ebay" on the left hand side is a link for Dispute Console.  From there it has the information that you need to file a complaint.  Paying though Paypal helps too because you have the ability to track your money with them also.

I've noticed that most companies don't want legal confrontation and will help if they can.
