Help with editing text?

hi i need to edit some text, example like arch a word that i type ect.

i used to do this years ago on word art but ive noticed that this computer doesnt have word art! so is there any other programs or software i can buy or download that will let me do things like this?

Microsoft Word has wordart, its a bit different to older versions of wordart you may be used to. If you load up microsoft word I think you go to Insert>Picture>WordArt. Then you select your style and then colours, etc!
