Well, just write about what you agree with in the article and the points you disagree with. And then write about what the government and Americans should do about it.

I tell you what, give the article to a couple of people to read, mainly adults who seemed informed, and listen to what they have to say. Form your own opinion as much as you can and then do what I suggested in the beginning of my answer.
