Help with email scanner pluggin problem - thanks ?

My AGV (free edition) email scanner isn't working all of a sudden, The email scanner is not active. When I click on this it says "there are currently no pluggins installed". It was working fine yesterday what has happened and what should I do ?

Initially I would rt click on the email scanner and see if there is an option to enable the plug in.

2nd I would do an AVG update, reboot and see if that cures it.

If not you will have to do a repair install by reinstalling over the top of the installation - it will give you the option of repairing the installation,

Download the latest AVG package so you won't have many updates to reload if you do reinstall

Open it up . If it has a red check in a red box, click on it to see if there are any updates

If all green, don't worry over it
