Help with exercising?

I'm a teenager, and I'm usually real hungry once I wake up. But after a while of ignoring it, that feeling goes away. I jog before I eat in the mornings, and when I get done, I cool down, rehydrate, ect then do various exercises depending on the day. My question is: Should I eat BEFORE I jog, AFTER I jog, or AFTER I do my other exercises?

  1. IT is important that you eat your breakfast in the morning ,Like they say it's the most important meal of the day . Your body needs some energy fuel ,once you do eat up wait a little while then do your jog.
