Help with exhaust compatibility on motorcycles? PLEASE!!

I need to know PLEASE if the stock exhaust from a 2007 Honda Shadow Spirit 1100 will fit onto a 2002 Shadow 1100VT?

Knowing Honda (I used to be a parts man), I would say no. Who would want a stock exhaust system, anyway? Buy an aftermarket for better performance and sound.
