  1. factor out common terms:

    m(1-m)/m^2(m-1)

    simplify

    (1-m)/m(m-1)

factor out a -1 from the top

    -1(-1+m)/m(m-1)

    rearrange

    -1(m-1)/m(m-1)

    cancel like terms

    -1/m

  2. [m( 1-m)]/ [ m^2(m-1)]=(1-m)/[ m( m-1)]

    since m-1 = -1( -m+1) or   -1 ( 1-m)

      so it becomes

          ( 1-m)/ [ m( -1( 1-m)]=  1/ m ( -1)=  1/ -m = - 1/ m

  3. m(1-m)/-m^2(-m+1)

m(1-m)/-m^2(1-m) factor our (1-m) and the m from top and bottom

    -1/m
