Help with fencing in yard ....?

i own 4 1/2 acres,i want to fence in at least an acre for my dogs - two very stubborn rottweilers.the electric inground fence did not work - so i am looking for fencing i suppose.i need a somewhat attractive yet EXTREMELY ECONOMICAL way to do a fence - any suggestions expecially well explained ones are appreciated - thanks so much in advance - please be specific,and include possible retailers and prices.

You can do wooden fencing. It would look good.
